FAQs

Our workshops are designed to spark creativity, strengthen communication and give your team space to connect in meaningful ways.

Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about how we work, from pricing and venues to booking and bespoke options. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you directly.

  • Our workshops are meticulously designed to foster team camaraderie, encourage communication, and create a space for bonding and thriving. We offer two hosting options:

    • Onsite at your office - anywhere in the UK. We can bring the experience directly to you.

    • Offsite at curated locations, including:

      • Central: 180 The Strand (Temple) / Old Sessions House (Farringdon)

      • East: The Tea Building (Shoreditch) / Second Home Hanbury Street (Brick Lane)

      • West: Second Home Holland Park / White City House (Soho Works)

  • Pricing varies depending on the workshop, but you can download our deck - which contains our general pricing guidelines - to get an overview.

  • Well—Crafted operates through a four-step process:

    1. Supplier Onboarding – Artisans apply and, if accepted, receive a "Community Joiner Sheet" confirming fees and status.

    2. Client Request – You submit a booking request via our website, including your preferred date, location, and workshop type.

    3. Matching & Confirmation – We connect you with a suitable Supplier and issue a Booking Confirmation outlining all specifics.

    4. Workshop Delivery – The Supplier leads the session. Once complete, the contract ends, but the Terms & Conditions remain in effect.

  • Bespoke workshops are absolutely welcome, subject to availability.
    Please note:

    • Additional project management concept development fees may apply to reflect the time required.

    • We handle all creative lead communications and planning, with transparent time tracking at every stage.

  • Cancellations must be communicated as promptly as possible. If cancelled within five business days of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee may apply—unless alternately stipulated in your Booking Confirmation.

    Well—Crafted
only cancels in exceptional circumstances (e.g. safety issues, supplier emergency) and will do everything possible to offer a satisfactory solution.

  • Suppliers are responsible for bringing all tools, materials, and setup unless otherwise arranged. This may include access to water, power, or other facilities, which should be confirmed in advance.

Suppliers must carry public liability insurance and comply with any required Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) forms to ensure participant safety.

  • Artisans interested in joining can apply via our website. The onboarding process includes an application, review, and, if accepted, receipt of a Joiner Sheet outlining rates and expectations.
