Putting The Team First
At Well–Crafted, we believe people doing work need care. We host quarterly workshops for the staff at Headway East London and Carer's First. These sessions have been carefully designed specifically for the team, creating space for them to slow down, connect with one another and recharge through gentle, hands-on creative work. When staff feel supported and connected, they’re better able to support the people who rely on them every day. Strong teams are built through care, trust and shared experiences. By investing time in staff well–being, organisations can create healthier working cultures and, in turn, deliver better care, service and support to their communities.
